03 All Types of Conveyor Systems
Conveyor chains:
1.Easy to install and disassemble, Low maintenance rate;

Types:C-type track, I-type track, Double layer track,
C-type track : Suitable for small and light workpieces;
I-type track: Suitable for large and heavy workpieces;
Double layer track:Suitable longer, larger and heavier workpieces, save labor, save space, stop and start at any time.
03 Whole Coating System Procedure
Pretreatment:
Types: Immersion / spraying /shot blast
Customized design based on products' requirements: rinse, degrease, chemical rust removal, silane,pottery,phosphate, pure water rinse,etc;
The shed is made of stainless steel/PP, beautiful and durable, with a high degree of automation, it is equipped with exhaust fan to prevent the mist spill over out.
If the solution need to be heated,it will be equipped with heating device and the tanks will be designed double layer.In the tanks,there are filters to clean the recycled solution,so the impurities will be separated and easy to clean the tanks.
In the beginning and ending of the shed,there will leave one meter of space to ensure the mist will not spread out, at the top of the shed,there are two rows of rushes to prevent the solution polluting the chain.So the conveyor can serve a long time.
There are exhaust fans and waste gas treatment device ,so it eco-friendly.

Curing Oven/Drying Oven:
Curing oven system. Divided into bridge type and tunnel type.
The tunnel oven has a wind curtain at both ends ,so the heat will not loss, which saves the fuel. This is our patent.And tunnel oven is suitable for long and thin products,like pipes;
The bridge oven is installed on the metal frames,the burner chamber is under the oven,so save space,and people can cross the oven from the bottom,products can transport from the bottom,save manual labor;and the bridge oven is suitable for most of the products which are not so long;
The oven is made of galvanized plate inner and outside,the middle insulation is 150 mm rock wool.
Advantages:
1.Same Heat Distribution: The temperature is kept consistent and the temperature difference is controlled within ±3°. This uniformity is the key for stable quality;
2.Adjustable: It can be designed to suit different sizes, shapes of products, meeting various of requirements.

Powder Coating Booth:
The powder coating booth is made of PP board,looks beautiful,anti-static,the powder will not adsorbed on the surface;in the bottom of the booth ,there is compressed air to blow the powder into the recovery system;in this way it allows workers to clean the booth quickly;there is a centrifugal fan which creates negative air pressure,under the action of negative pressure the powder can not spill over out,ensure the clean working environment;
There are lifters on both sides of the powder coating booth,the spraying guns are installed on the lifters;the lifers is PLC controlled,can move up and down,left and right,even in circle,the Moving Path depend on the workpiece;before the powder coating booth,there are scanners in the post which can scan the workpiece, so the dimension of the workpiece can transport to the control system, which produce an order to the lifter, the whole process is fully automatically.
And there is a shaking machine in the powder supply center,when the powder comes out of the cyclone,enters the shaking machine, in this machine,a filter in it,through shaking and moving ,the powder becomes clean.then for reuse.
