Fast Color Change Powder Coating Booth With Large Cyclone Recovery System
Our powder coating booths are equipped with a Large Cyclone Secondary Recovery Device, which efficiently captures overspray powder and separates it from the airflow. This system ensures high recovery rates(95%-98%) and reduces powder wastage, resulting in cost savings and environmental benefits. And can change color in 10-15 mins. This system utilizes high-efficiency filters to capture overspray powder, ensuring clean air emissions and maintaining a safe working environment as well as cost-effectiveness.
Working principle of large cyclone powder coating booth
Spraying stage: Powder is sprayed evenly on the surface of the workpiece through the spray gun.
Powder recovery: Unattached powder is sucked into the large cyclone recovery system by the fan.
Cyclone separation: The large cyclone recovery system uses centrifugal force to separate powder from the air.
Powder collection: The separated powder is collected and can be reused to ensure a high recovery rate.
Air filtration: The filtered clean air is discharged to the outside to keep the working environment clean.

07 How to Cooperate with us
1. The customer provides the necessary information.
2. The design team from Zhyao creates the technical drawings.
3. The Zhyao team explains the drawings to the customer in detail.
4. If the customer confirms the design, Zhyao provides a quotation. If not, Zhyao modifies the drawings based on feedback.
5. Once the quotation is confirmed, Zhyao issues the contract.
6. After the contract is signed, the customer arranges the deposit payment.
7. Upon receiving the deposit, Zhyao begins production.
8. When production is completed, either the customer or Zhyao arranges a quality inspection.
9. Once the inspection passes, the customer arranges the balance payment and books the shipment.
10. After receiving the balance, Zhyao organizes the export process.
11. When the equipment is delivered, the customer handles the assembly, and Zhyao provides training support.
12. Whenever technical support is needed, Zhyao is always there to assist you.

1. We will provide you with comprehensive guidelines, including device drawings, control circuit diagrams, and maintenance manuals.

4. Once installation is complete, we will assign qualified technicians to support you for 60 days.
5. If you need to upgrade your program, we can perform the work remotely with your permission.
6. For any questions or issues, we will provide solutions within 12 hours.
7. A 2-year warranty is guaranteed. This warranty includes free replacements if the Zhyao-designed equipment fails due to quality issues, provided there is no artificial damage.
