Process Flow
- Loading: Wire mesh is placed onto the conveyor.

1.To determine the optimal technical solution with Zhyao
We employ a streamlined approach. We request customers to complete a Customer Needs Research Questionnaire. This enables us to swiftly comprehend their requirements and deliver tailored, cost-effective technical solutions. Upon agreement, we proceed to finalize the chosen solution and sign a contract, ensuring clarity and alignment between all parties involved.
2. Zhyao production process control and information synchronization
Establish a project team with the customer (members include customer leaders, customer engineers, our project managers, our engineers, and our construction personnel, and provide each stage of the project schedule, videos, pictures and text to report the project progress to the customer.)
3.Packaging and transportation
Category packaging, labeling, and use of cargo packing lists will ensure that no goods are missed. Make packing plans in advance based on volume and weight before transportation to maximize container utilization and make the weight ratio reasonable, thereby reducing freight and improving safety. Cargo After arriving at the site, classify and place them according to the cargo list to facilitate later installation.
4.Installation
The installation process is controlled to ensure high-quality and efficient installation. 1. Preparation before installation and full communication with customers. 2. Initial stacking of goods according to the location of the spraying line upon arrival. 3. Effective communication during the installation process and reasonable matching (installation sequence Arrangements should be made as synchronized as possible depending on the customer's personnel situation and equipment installation sequence.
5. Verification
The verification part is divided into small test (partial installation can be trial run), initial test (empty test, without product), and final test (test run with product) to quickly enter production status.
During the verification process, 1-2 customer employees can be trained.
6.After sales service
Keep customer files permanently, and track product operation every month during the first year of installation. (Monthly communication helps customers better understand and use the equipment, and discover and solve potential problems.)
In the second year, we will visit customers periodically to learn about their use of equipment and track maintenance, and provide customers with help in advance for their consumable materials (reminding them of maintenance and replacement).
After three years, we will maintain communication at any time to assist customers in solving equipment upgrade and other needs.
