Process Flow

  1. Loading: Workpiece is placed onto the conveyor.
  2. Pretreatment: Spraying pretreatment, get the surface ready for coating.
  3. Drying: The workpiece is heated to dry
  4. Powder Application: Electrostatic spray guns apply powder coating evenly.
  5. Curing: The coated workpiece is heated to cure the powder.
  6. Cooling: The workpiece cools down to a manageable temperature.
  7. Unloading: Finished workpiece is removed from the line.

Upon agreement, we proceed to finalize the chosen solution and sign a contract, ensuring clarity and alignment between all parties involved.
     
    2. Zhyao production process control and information synchronization 
    Establish a project team with the customer (members include customer leaders, customer engineers, our project managers, our engineers, and our construction personnel, and provide each stage of the project schedule, videos, pictures and text to report the project progress to the customer.)

    3.Packaging and transportation
    Category packaging, labeling, and use of cargo packing lists will ensure that no goods are missed.     Keep customer files permanently, and track product operation every month during the first year of installation. (Monthly communication helps customers better understand and use the equipment, and discover and solve potential problems.)
    In the second year, we will visit customers periodically to learn about their use of equipment and track maintenance, and provide customers with help in advance for their consumable materials (reminding them of maintenance and replacement).
    After three years, we will maintain communication at any time to assist customers in solving equipment upgrade and other needs.
