Curing/Drying oven
Curing oven system. Divided into bridge type curing oven and tunnel curing oven.
The tunnel curing oven effectively solves the problem of insufficient workshop height, 
The tunnel furnace we produce has a wind curtain at both ends and the temperature of the furnace won't dissipate to the out, which saves the fuel. This is our patent.
The curing oven we produce saves fuel and saves your production. Curing oven insulation boards are all plug-in boards, seamless docking, heat bridge transfer technology.

Powder Coating System:
Robot automatic spraying, faster, consistent layer thickness, can be programmed offline, easy to control, greatly saving costs.
Spray coating robot, also called spray painting robot, is an industrial robot that can automatically spray paint or spray other coatings. The painting robot mainly consists of the robot body, computer and corresponding control system. The hydraulically driven painting robot also includes hydraulic oil sources, such as oil pumps, fuel tanks and motors. Most of them adopt 5 or 6 degrees of freedom joint structure. The arms have a large space for movement, and can perform complex trajectory movements, and the movement is flexible. The more advanced painting robots use flexible wrists that can bend in all directions and rotate. Their movements are similar to human wrists, and they can easily reach into the workpiece through smaller holes and spray its inner surface. The painting robot has the characteristics of fast movement speed and good explosion-proof performance. Teaching can be achieved through hand-to-hand teaching or point display.
