The electrophoresis process is a coating method that uses electrochemical principles to deposit charged particles on the surface of a conductor under the action of an electric field to form a film. This method is a process in which charged particles are suspended in water or an organic solvent and precipitated on the surface of a metal or non-metallic conductor through electric field attraction to form a covering coating. The advantages of the electrophoresis process include a full, uniform, flat and smooth coating, and the hardness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, impact performance and penetration performance of the electrophoretic paint film are significantly better than other coating processes.
