Spray Coating Robot, Also Called Spray Painting Robot, is an Industrial Robot That Can Automatically Spray Paint Or Spray Other Coatings. The painting robot mainly consists of the robot body, computer and corresponding control system. The hydraulically driven painting robot also includes hydraulic oil sources, such as oil pumps, fuel tanks and motors. Most of them adopt 5 or 6 degrees of freedom joint structure. The arms have a large space for movement, and can perform complex trajectory movements, and the movement is flexible. The more advanced painting robots use flexible wrists that can bend in all directions and rotate. Their movements are similar to human wrists, and they can easily reach into the workpiece through smaller holes and spray its inner surface.

2. The design team from Zhyao creates the technical drawings.
3. The Zhyao team explains the drawings to the customer in detail.
4. If the customer confirms the design, Zhyao provides a quotation. If not, Zhyao modifies the drawings based on feedback.
5. Once the quotation is confirmed, Zhyao issues the contract.
6. After the contract is signed, the customer arranges the deposit payment.
7. Upon receiving the deposit, Zhyao begins production.
8. When production is completed, either the customer or Zhyao arranges a quality inspection.
9. Once the inspection passes, the customer arranges the balance payment and books the shipment.
10. After receiving the balance, Zhyao organizes the export process.
11. When the equipment is delivered, the customer handles the assembly, and Zhyao provides training support.
12. Whenever technical support is needed, Zhyao is always there to assist you.
